dinner in the city

Pastel coloured houses and dinner at my sister's place in Oslo.
Don't you just love her plates? They are from our family summer house. They were almost forgotten until one night when she had a dream about them. After that, she inherited the plates, brought them with her from the simple little house in the archipelago to her fancy Oslo city apartment where they fit in just perfect. Now she serves the loveliest veggie lasagna on them.

I just thought about getting out some plates that have been hidden in a box in the basement... They are far from as nice as your sister's ones, but it's that feeling about things that belonged to a former part of one's life. Cycles...

I'm happy you decided to blog again! I like to check your posts.

Lovely blue facade.
I'd love to visit Oslo some day. I find Scandinavian countries really fascinating. But I'll go in the summer!

I love those pastel colored houses! Something you don't see often where I live. Beautiful photos, as always.
